In Mostar, from 13-16 June 2017. will be held the meeting related to realization of activity 2.5. The main goal of this activity is to make a comparative analysis of documents and recognition model of BH partner institutions. This training will offer a variety of mechanisms for implementation and control strategies, and monitoring and control developed indicators. This way BH partners will be supported and trained in taking further steps of strategic management (strategic planning, implementation and control) with the presentation of scientific-based models. Also, the EU partners ought to review the documents before the training content is developed and propose possible measures for improvement in terms of the EHEA during the training. The main inputs are a developed recognition model, developed strategies and indicators of internationalisation. Participants for this meeting will be staff from BH public universities, students from BH public universities and staff from partner state/ entity agencies and ministries. In Bihac, from 5-8 September will be held workshop for developing recognition model, internationalisation strategy and indicators. This meeting will be organized by University of Bihac. It is envisaged the participation of all project partners. The main objective of this activity is the training of BH project partner personnel on the essential elements of models for the recognition of qualifications, the development, implementation and control strategy of internationalization, the basic elements that should be included, as well as training of staff on the development of indicators of internationalisation which should be related to the strategy. Later on, the trained personnel will play a role at their institutions as coordinators of the strategies, indicators and recognition models. At the University of Sarajevo the monitoring and visit for STINT project initiated by EACEA will be held on June 30, 2016 in the Rectorate, from 11:00 – 15:30. In the context of continuous monitoring of the Erasmus+ programme the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is developing a comprehensive field monitoring policy. The purpose of the visit is to learn about the activities realised and products developed so far, as well as to observe if the project has encountered any problems in operational and/or financial implementation that can be discussed and solved. It is planned that all B&H project partners attend to this meeting. After the visit, the EACEA will send to all project partners written feedback on the monitoring visits with recommendations.
