This meeting is an initial meeting of the official start of the project. Kick-off meeting will contribute to the establishment of the management structure of the project, a detailed introduction to the project activities and rules of Erasmus + Capacity Building for higher education.

Certain rules which will have to abide by all the project partners will be established at this meeting. Special emphasis will be on the dissemination and sustainability plan for the duration of the project, as well as the financial structure. The project coordinator will present a clear plan for the planning, organization, coordination and control of all project activities. Project coordination plan, communication plan, risk management plan and conflict resolution template will be presented.

Kick off meeting will be held in Ghent. It will last four days. All participants will be present. Dissemination will be provided through reporting, web sites and newsletters.

Communication will be provided by the project coordinator.
